What is the London Landmarks Half Marathon?

The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a closed road, central London run and is the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster.The event is not your average half marathon! From cultural landmarks and heritage, to the city's quirky and hidden secrets, runners get the chance to explore the capital on a route like no other!

The race starts on Pall Mall, finishes by Downing Street and has fabulous views of London’s most iconic landmarks including Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson’s Column, the Gherkin, the Shard, the Tower of London and the London Eye.

Secure Your Place

As part of your place all you need to do is pledge to raise £400 and pay an initial £25 registration fee to secure your place on the team. That’s it!

What do I get as part of the IPF Team?

Every runner who joins the Rugby Runners Team will receive the following:

  • Brand new IPF running vest
  • Brand new IPF t-shirt
  • An invite to the IPF Training Day at Twickenham Stadium in February
  • Fundraising tips and tricks to help you smash your £400 target
  • Dedicated support from our friendly Events & Fundraising Team all the way up to race day and beyond
  • Race day support from the IPF cheer point team, to give you a boost when you need it most

Can I run as a group with friends/family?

Yes you can. We would love to welcome you and your friends or family on board. You can apply for multiple places so a group of you can run together as part of the Injured Players Foundation team, simply email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. I already have a place in the public ballot. Can I join the team?

Yes you can. Congratulations on being one of the lucky few to get a ballot place in the event. If you already have your own ballot place you can join the team straight away and you don’t need to set a fundraising target, you can raise as much or as little as you like, just use your place to raise awareness & to support injured rugby players.
