This amazing cycle challenge goes through the English and French countryside and is suitable for cyclists of all abilities.

Taking place across 3 days in May or September 2026, you'll be looked after every step of the way.

From training to fundraising to keeping you safe on the ride. All the information you need to know about the challenge, the route, our charity, plus how to rent a bike if you need one is available below.

This is truly a ride you will enjoy, be challenged by, and celebrate for a long time afterwards.

Setting off from South London, you will cover a total of 196 miles and finish at the iconic Effiel Tower!
