Challenge Yourself Events

Vitality London 10,000

This is a great race around London’s best sights and is short enough to be a good day out for participants of any ability. You can enter in a Day Chair or if you have a racing chair and a classification you can enter a separate race. There is also a one mile wheelchair event which is a closed route ride around the Mall on the Friday before the main race on Sunday. Ride London-Surrey 100

Ride London HandCycle Grand Prix (Novice Race)

This takes place at the Queen Elizabeth II Olympic Park, starting at the Velodrome and then around the Olympic Park for 30-40mins. It is not a competitive race, and there is another higher level elite race on the same day for anyone who is classified by British Athletics/Cycling.

Ride London 46miler

This is a shortened version of the 100 mile route that you can enter this if you have your own handcycle. Virgin Money London Marathon

There is a ballot for day chair places in the Marathon entries are now open for 2019! If you use a racing chair, you will need to be classified and able to complete a marathon in under 3 hours to enter the elite race. Jubilee Sailing Trust is an international, United Nations accredited disability charity, promoting integration through the challenge and adventure of tall ship sailing.

Bendrigg Trust is a residential activity centre specialising in high quality courses for disabled people of any age or ability.

Princes Trust is a youth charity that helps young people aged 13 to 30 get into jobs, education and training.
